Double Top Rail with Rings and Sub-pickets

Handrail is made with 1 1/2" x 1/2" Top Rail to meet 4" circumference code. 1/2" Solid Pickets are spaced 4" on Centers to meet 4" space code. Height and other details to be worked out by customer.

Handrail is made with 1 1/2" x 1/2" Top Rail to meet 4" circumference code. 1/2" Solid Pickets are spaced 4" on Centers to meet 4" space code. Every other picket is twisted and every other picket has a basket. Height and other details to be worked out by customer.
